Product notes

Rosemary is an aromatic plant synonymous with the Mediterranean region. Its slender, evergreen leaves give off a powerful, fresh and resinous fragrance, with slightly camphor-like notes that lend an unrivalled flavour to culinary dishes.

Highly prized in cooking, rosemary is the perfect accompaniment to grilled meats, lamb, poultry, potatoes, roasted vegetables, marinades and sauces. It is also used to flavour oils, vinegars and certain baked goods.

When brewed as a tea, rosemary develops warm, delicately woody aromas. It is traditionally consumed for its aromatic qualities and pleasant taste.

Tips for use: use sparingly due to its strong fragrance. Add at the start of cooking to allow the flavours to develop fully. As a herbal tea, leave to steep for 5 to 10 minutes in gently simmering water before drinking.
