My career path:

After several years working as a chef in some of the capital’s top restaurants, one thing became clear: beyond cooking itself, what I loved most of all was direct contact with people, sharing and genuine interaction.

When I moved to Provence to join my wife, I wanted to take my career in a new direction whilst remaining true to my passions. That’s why I chose to work at markets, specialising in selling spices.

For me, this profession represents the perfect blend of a love of cooking and the joy of meeting people. Every spice tells a story, evokes a journey, reveals unique flavours and allows me to share a little of my passion with those who discover them.

On a day-to-day basis, I take great care to select high-quality products – sometimes rare ones – always chosen with the utmost care. My aim is simple: to share a taste for the finer things in life, to offer sincere advice and to provide every customer with an experience based on trust, respect and a warm, friendly atmosphere.

The ‘SAVEURS DU MARCHÉ’ website was launched…

Over the years, many customers have become much more than just buyers. Bonds have been forged through the markets. Many of you come to visit us whilst on holiday in Provence and then, once back home, want to find the products you’ve come to love.

It was in response to this demand that our “SAVEURS DU MARCHÉ” website was created. It allows you to continue stocking up easily all year round, wherever you are, and to discover new flavours on a regular basis.

Here you’ll find our selection of spices, chosen with the same commitment to quality, authenticity and respect that has driven us since the very beginning.

Because the quality of our spices deserves a mill that does justice to their flavours, we also offer a selection of Peugeot pepper and salt mills on our website.
