Product notes

Dried onion strips are a handy way to enjoy the full flavour of onions without having to peel or chop them. They retain their characteristic taste, which is mild, slightly sweet and delicately tangy.

Versatile, they can easily be incorporated into a wide range of dishes: sauces, soups, stews, marinades, stuffings, stir-fried vegetables, meat dishes and dishes served in sauce. Whether rehydrated or used directly in cooking, they gradually release their flavours to enrich your recipes.

Thanks to their long shelf life and ease of use, dehydrated onion strips are a pantry essential for quick cooking whilst preserving the authentic flavour of the onion.

Directions for use: rehydrate for a few minutes in lukewarm water before use, or add directly to dishes containing liquid. Adjust the quantity according to the desired intensity of flavour.
