Product notes

Whole green cardamom is a prized spice renowned for its intense, fresh and delicately lemony aroma. It comes in the form of small green pods containing tiny, aromatic black seeds and is considered one of the finest spices in the world.

Its unique flavour combines fresh, slightly minty, floral and spicy notes, lending great elegance to culinary creations. Highly prized in Middle Eastern, Indian and Scandinavian cuisines, it adds flavour to savoury dishes as well as desserts, pastries, compotes and hot drinks such as tea or coffee.

Whole green cardamom can be used as it is to slowly release its aromas, or lightly crushed to bring out its full aromatic richness. Its powerful fragrance and subtlety make it an essential spice for lovers of authentic and exotic flavours.

May contain traces of sesame seeds, mustard, celery and gluten
