Product notes

Originally from Spain, the Noria chilli is a mild variety renowned for its beautiful, deep red colour and delicate aromas. Sold in flake form, it adds a slightly sweet, fruity and subtly smoky flavour to dishes, without any pronounced heat.

Highly prized in Mediterranean cuisine, it elegantly enhances sauces, marinades, fish, seafood, grilled vegetables, rice dishes, paellas and slow-cooked dishes. Its flaked texture makes it easy to use both during cooking and as a finishing touch.

Noria chilli flakes add a splash of vibrant colour and a refined aromatic depth that enriches recipes without overpowering other flavours.

Flavour: mild, fruity and slightly smoky.
Heat level: 1/10 (very mild).
Uses: paellas, fish, seafood, sauces, vegetables, white meats and Mediterranean dishes.
