Product notes

Hot paprika is a spice made from carefully selected red chillies, which are dried and then finely ground. It is characterised by its intense red colour and its flavour, which is rich, fruity and spicy, imparting a pleasant warmth on the palate.

Highly prized in Mediterranean, Hungarian, Spanish and Middle Eastern cuisines, hot paprika adds flavour and a kick to a wide range of dishes. It pairs perfectly with meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, sauces, soups, marinades and stews.

Its spicy character adds a kick to recipes whilst retaining the characteristic sweet and slightly smoky notes of paprika. It is ideal for those who enjoy more intense flavours and generously seasoned dishes.

Serving suggestion: use sparingly, depending on the desired intensity. Added at the end of cooking or incorporated into a marinade, it will give your dishes a lovely red colour and a warmly spicy kick.
