Product notes

Yellow Ras el Hanout is a traditional Maghreb spice blend, prized for its mild, warming and delicately fragrant flavours. Its golden colour comes mainly from turmeric, combined with a subtle blend of coriander, cumin and other spices selected for their rich aroma.

An essential ingredient in couscous, tagines and slow-cooked dishes, it also enhances the flavour of meat, poultry, vegetables, pulses and rice-based dishes. Its balanced aromatic profile adds an authentic Middle Eastern touch whilst preserving the delicacy of the ingredients.

Usage: add 1 to 2 teaspoons per 4 people at the start of cooking to allow its flavours and beautiful golden colour to develop fully. Can also be used in marinades and sauces. Store away from light, heat and moisture.
