The saying ‘Try it and you’ll love it’

We have selected for you the fruit jellies from François Doucet Confiseur, a family-run business based in Oraison since 1969 and awarded the ‘Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant’ label. Made with 75 per cent fruit harvested in Provence. We work exclusively with premium, recognised varieties: Orange-flavoured apricot from Provence, Williams pear from the Hautes-Alpes, quince from Provence, Golden Delicious apples from the Alps and local figs.

François Doucet’s quality is built on direct partnerships with our growers. The fruit is selected whilst still on the tree and picked when it has reached full aromatic ripeness. This meticulous sourcing guarantees a melt-in-the-mouth texture and a natural, intense flavour that remains true to the fresh fruit.
