Product notes

The saying ‘Try it and you’ll love it’

We have selected for you the fruit jellies from François Doucet Confiseur, a family-run business based in Oraison since 1969 and awarded the “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant” label. Made with 75 per cent fruit harvested in Provence. We work exclusively with premium, recognised varieties: Orange-flavoured apricots from Provence, Williams pears from the Hautes-Alpes, quince from Provence, Golden Delicious apples from the Alps and local figs.

François Doucet’s quality is based on direct partnerships with our growers. The fruit is selected straight from the tree and picked when fully ripe and aromatic. This rigorous sourcing process guarantees a melt-in-the-mouth texture and a naturally intense flavour, true to the fresh fruit.

If you love the taste of quince, you’ll love our quince fruit paste!
