‘Sel Fou’ is a fragrant and generous blend that adds a touch of originality to all your recipes. Made from Guérande salt (wet salt), five berries, paprika, rosemary, thyme and coriander seeds, it offers a perfect balance of spicy, woody and slightly herbaceous notes.

Grind it with our OSLO mill, specially designed for wet salt!

Highly versatile, it pairs equally well with grilled or roasted meats, poultry, fish, potatoes, vegetables, eggs, pasta and salads. Its blend of five berries adds a gentle warmth, whilst the paprika offers a mild, colourful note. Rosemary and thyme release their Mediterranean aromas, and coriander seeds add a fresh, delicately lemony touch.
